Adventure Tribe runs half day outdoor rock climbing sessions at Brooyar Rock Climbing area near Gympie. Brooyar is approximately 30 minutes West of Gympie or an hour North West of Noosa. This remote site offers some of the best climbing in the Sunshine Coast area with an extensive cliff line that provides a diverse range of climbs that we can tackle throughout the session. While on the cliff, you will be guided by our qualified, experienced, professional and fun team! The rock climbing session is perfect for intermediate to advanced climbers (whether that is indoor or outdoor) and offers a fun challenge you won’t forget. We also run private tours for all occasions. Your day starts at 7.30am and we’re finished by 12.30pm. Our local, experienced and qualified guides will take you along the Coastal Track where the short coastal shrubs line the path on one side and the crystal clear blue waters line the other side. Return through the rainforest centre of Noosa National Park alongside the large rain forest trees.
Time: 8.15am (give or take 10 minutes as we walk past after picking up a few people from the bus stop at approximately 8.05am) Meet: Hastings Street Visitor Information Centre 61 Hastings St, Noosa Heads QLD 4567 Allow: 4-5 hours for the full walk however there are plenty of opportunities to easily stop and return to Hastings Street for an ice cream without finishing the full trail.

Our Comfort Hikes are designed to ensure your walking experience is as lightweight as possible, your meals are as delicious as possible and your sleep is as comfortable as possible.

We start at Adventure Tribe home base or we can pick you up from the Sunshine Coast Airport or Noosa CBD. From here we spend a few hours transporting everyone to the start point of the hike at beautiful Bunya Mountains. Shortly after arrival, we undertake an amazing walk along the Barker Creek Circuit (10km). This park contains the biggest stand of Bunya Pines in the world! When back at camp, our team will have set up camp and started cooking a hearty dinner to enjoy under the stars. When you’re ready to retire for the night you will spend it in a big comfortable king size swag. The next morning, we pack up and enjoy our 7 hour bus trip to remote Outback Qld and Carnarvon Gorge. Over the next few days we will enjoy the breathtaking views offered by Carnarvon Gorge including; Boolimba Bluff (7.6km) Moss garden Mickeys Creek Cathedral cave Art Gallery Amphitheatre
Once we’ve finished all of our walks, we’ll jump back on the bus and undertake the journey back to the Sunshine Coast. Alternatively you can book a flight from Roma Airport to your chosen destination so you can avoid the bus ride :)

The Gheerulla Loop Hike immerses you in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland rainforest. Walking through rain forest to the sound of bellbirds is something we simply can’t get enough of! Our two day hikes are perfect for the beginner who isn't quite sure if they are ready to commit to the whole 'multi-day hiking' thing. Each day is approximately 12km and your pack should be big enough to carry your lunch, water, rain jacket and anything else you would like to have with you on the walk.
